How long is shipping?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 weeks. Please note that during holidays or peak seasons, processing and shipping times may take longer.
Do you ship worldwide?
I currently ship in the United States but I am actively working to expand shipping options to include worldwide destinations in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!
Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number within 2-5 days of placing your order to monitor its progress.
My order was lost in transit.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact me within 20 business days of the estimated delivery date. Once I verify the issue with the carrier, I will promptly send you a replacement.
What if I entered the wrong address for my order?
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order to ensure it's accurate and up-to-date. Unfortunately, I am not responsible for any orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided during checkout. If you realize you've made an error, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to assist you before the order is shipped. Once the package has been dispatched, I cannot make changes to the address.

What is your returns policy?
All sales are FINAL, I do not accept returns, exchanges. Please carefully review your order details, including size, color, and product specifications, before completing your purchase since each product is made to order.
Unless a mistake was made, such as wrong or defective item, please contact me within 20 days of receiving your order. Provide proof of the issue, such as a clear photo of the item and your order details. Upon verification, a replacement will be offered.
Can I cancel/change my order?
Cancellations or changes are not accepted under any circumstances. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure sizes, prints and colour options are correct before placing their order.

How do I find the right size?
We provide a sizing chart on each product page to help you choose the best fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a looser fit or sizing down for a more fitted look.
